Platform role
MapleNanny is an information display and matching platform. It is not an employer, care provider, agency, broker, or guarantor.
User relationships
Families and caregivers independently decide interviews, hiring, work arrangements, compensation, contracts, and ongoing management.
Caregivers are independent service providers, not platform employees, agents, or representatives. The platform is not responsible for employment, tax, insurance, labour relationship, workplace injury, immigration status, work permits, or service execution.
Information shown
The platform may display, organize, or hide submitted information. Displaying information does not mean approval, rating, warranty, or guarantee.
User responsibility
Families should independently complete interviews, identity checks, background checks, document review, agreements, insurance, tax, and legal consultation as needed.
